The location near Earls Court Station was very convenient. I used the tube extensively throughout the city. The hotel's reception area has a pretty ambience. The front desk staff proved helpful and friendly .

I appreciated the hotel's vibrant lobby with a coffee bar. Plenty of seating and an alcohol bar allowed social activity. The room included a fridge, microwave, stovetop, washing machine, and tea and coffee maker.
The bathroom cleanliness was below expectations. Grout looked grubby and moldy. The TV placement was not ideal, it was difficult to see from the bed.

I enjoyed the artistic decoration and cool vibes the hotel provides. I found many relaxing places to sit, and the eclectic music playlist added to the ambiance. The coffee shop, bar, and restaurant are conveniently located on the premises. Subway access is just a short walk away, surrounded by a variety of ethnic restaurants.
The bathroom lighting was somewhat dim.

The hotel sits near the metro station, providing easy access to various destinations. The Natural History Museum is also reachable within a short walk. Several shops and food places are easily accessible by foot from the premises.

There is a gym, though it was temporarily out of service . Staff offered apologies. A lovely garden is located outside the hotel. The lobby maintains a pleasant fragrance at all times.
